The gate is operated by remote or by registered cellphone via a programmable gatekeeper. Before arrival, you’ll provide one or two phone numbers for automated access during your stay.

Climate, Heating & Cooling Port Elizabeth enjoys a mild, temperate climate with warm summers and cool, comfortable winters.
Typical summer highs are ~25–26 °C; winter daytime highs ~20 °C. Nights are cool (coldest ~8 °C). Moderate winds often provide natural cooling or warmth.
